Home Cleaning maintains a standard. It is not designed to recover a property that has gone a long time without attention — that is what a Deep Clean is for.

One written scope, applied the same way every visit
The Standard Clean is the package inside Home Cleaning. It is not a separate service and you do not book it on its own — it is simply what a Home Cleaning visit covers.
The point of writing it down is consistency. Because the list does not change, the result does not depend on who is scheduled that week, and you always know what has been done before the team leaves.

What a Home Cleaning visit does not cover
Stated plainly so nothing is a surprise on the day. Several of these are available as add-ons or under Deep Cleaning.
Not in scope
- Interior windows and tracks (Deep Clean)
- Behind and under heavy furniture (Deep Clean)
- Inside cupboards, ovens and fridges (add-on)
- Wall washing and ceiling work
We do not do
- Construction or renovation debris
- Biohazard, mould remediation or pest work
- Exterior windows, gutters or garages
- Moving heavy furniture or appliances

Home Cleaning questions
No. Most of our recurring customers are not. We follow whatever entry arrangement you set out — a key, a lockbox code, or concierge access in a condo — and it is recorded on the job so the team is not improvising at the door.
Standard Clean is the scope; Home Cleaning is the service. When you book Home Cleaning, a Standard Clean is what gets done. There is no separate Standard Clean booking.
Often, yes. If a home has not had a thorough clean recently, a Deep Clean resets it and recurring Standard visits then hold that standard. We will tell you if we think you need one — and equally, if we think you do not.
Tell us and we will note it against the job. If your priorities vary week to week rather than staying fixed, Residential Maid Service is the better fit, because it is built around a custom scope rather than a standard one.
