This is the written list our teams work from. It is published in full so you can see exactly what a visit covers before you book, and check it against what was done afterwards.
How to read this list
Everything under Standard Clean is included in a Home Cleaning visit. Everything under Deep Cleaning is additional and is quoted separately.
The list describes a typical home. If your property has rooms, surfaces or requirements this does not cover, the scope is agreed with you at quoting stage and recorded against the job — the list is the default, not a limit.
Items marked as exclusions are not gaps we have overlooked. They are work that needs a different service, a specialist, or equipment we do not carry.
Every room, every visit
This is what a Home Cleaning visit covers. It does not change between visits.
Kitchen
- Counters and backsplash wiped
- Appliance exteriors cleaned
- Cabinet fronts spot-cleaned
- Sink scrubbed, fixtures polished
- Hob and splashback degreased
- Extractor exterior wiped

- Dusting all reachable surfaces
- Beds made (linens provided by client)
- Bedside tables and lamps wiped
- Mirrors and glass cleaned

Living areas
- Dusting furniture and décor
- Cobwebs removed
- Electronics dusted externally

Tell us at quoting stage. The list is the default scope, not a ceiling. Anything additional is agreed, priced and recorded against the job so the team knows about it before arriving.
Because it is better to be clear than to be vague. Carpet shampooing, exterior windows and mould remediation all need different equipment or a different trade, and pretending otherwise would just set up a disappointment.
For Home Cleaning, yes — that consistency is the point, and it is why the result does not depend on who is scheduled. Residential Maid Service is the option if you want a scope built around your household instead.
