Condo and Apartment Cleaning in Toronto
Cleaning a condo is not a smaller version of cleaning a house. The rooms are tighter, the surfaces are different, and half the job is getting a team and their equipment into the building without a problem at the desk.
Condo cleaning at a glance
Smaller footprint, different problems
A condo concentrates everything. One bathroom takes the load of a household, the kitchen is usually open to the living space so cooking residue travels, and there is rarely a spare room to move things into while you clean.
Surfaces skew toward the unforgiving too — glass, polished stone, high-gloss cabinetry and engineered floors, all of which show streaks and marks that a painted wall would hide.
And none of the work starts until the team is actually inside, which is why we treat building access as part of the job rather than an afterthought.

Getting in without a problem at the desk
Every building does this differently. Tell us yours once and it is recorded against the job, so the team is not negotiating entry each visit.
Visitor list or authorization
Most buildings need the team named in advance, or a resident contact who can approve entry.
Key, fob or code
Left with concierge, in a lockbox, or held under whatever arrangement you set out.
Who we contact on arrival
One named point of contact, so a locked door does not turn into a missed visit.
Building-specific rules
Some require sign-in sheets, insurance details or a specific entrance. We will follow them.
The logistics that decide whether a visit runs on time
These are minor details right up until they are not. A booked elevator or a parking pass is usually the difference between a visit starting on schedule and starting an hour late.
How a condo clean gets quoted
Tell us the unit
Size, bedrooms, bathrooms, and whether it is occupied or vacant.
And tell us the building
Access arrangement, elevator rules, parking and permitted hours.
A person reviews both
The quote reflects the unit and the building, because both affect the time needed.
Booked and recorded
Access details stay on the job so every subsequent visit runs the same way.

Condo cleaning questions
Yes, once you have authorized it. Most buildings require the resident to name the cleaning team in advance or leave standing authorization; we cannot do that part for you, but after it is in place we handle sign-in ourselves.
Usually, because there is less floor area. Not always, though — a heavily used single bathroom, a lot of glass, or a building that adds half an hour of access time can bring a small unit closer to a house than the square footage suggests.
That is the normal arrangement. We need a reliable entry method and a building that permits it. Once it is set up and recorded, you do not need to be there.
We will sweep a balcony and wipe its surfaces on request. We do not clean exterior glass or anything requiring work over a railing — that is a specialist job and a safety matter.
Yes. For a changeover between tenancies, a move clean is the right scope, because it goes inside cabinetry and appliances rather than just cleaning surfaces.
It is the most common reason a condo visit fails, which is why we record the access arrangement before the first visit rather than discovering it at the door. If we are turned away despite an arrangement being in place, we will tell you immediately rather than quietly rescheduling.

Tell us about the unit and about the building. Both shape the visit, and knowing them up front is what keeps the schedule honest.
