J&J House Cleaning is a residential cleaning company working across Toronto and the GTA. We clean homes — not offices, not construction sites, not commercial premises.
Why the scope is written down
Most complaints about cleaning companies are not really about cleaning. They are about a gap between what the customer expected and what the company thought it had agreed to.
We built this business around closing that gap. The Standard Clean scope is published in full, every visit follows the same written list, and quotes are read and confirmed by a person rather than generated from a square-footage box.
None of that is glamorous. It is simply the difference between a service you have to supervise and one you can forget about.
Homes, and nothing else
J&J House Cleaning is separate from commercial cleaning work. This company, this team and this website exist for residential properties: houses, condos, apartments and townhouses.
That focus is deliberate. Commercial cleaning runs on different schedules, different equipment and different standards, and companies that try to do both tend to treat homes as the filler between contracts.

We are a team of 20 cleaners working across Toronto and the GTA. Teams are assigned by route, so the same people return to the same homes rather than a different crew arriving each visit.

That is what we aim for, and it is most of the value of a recurring plan. Holidays and absences happen; when the team has to change, we tell you rather than letting you notice.
