Our core service, and the one most households book. Recurring or one-time, covering kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas to the Standard Clean scope. Choose this when the home is generally maintained and you want it to stay that way.
Everything in a Standard Clean plus the buildup routine visits do not reach: baseboards, door frames, interior window tracks, behind and under furniture, and detailed grout work. Choose this for a first visit, or when a room no longer responds to normal cleaning.
A customized, visit-based plan rather than a fixed package. You set the priorities and frequency with us directly, and the same assigned team holds to them. Choose this when your household has specific requirements a standard scope does not cover.
An empty-property clean, top to bottom, timed around your handover. Inside cupboards and appliances, not just surfaces. Choose this before you unpack, or after the last box leaves and the property has to pass inspection.
Construction dust is fine enough to settle everywhere and keeps resettling for days. We remove drywall residue and debris from every surface, ledge and fixture so the space is livable. Choose this once the trades are finished and their waste is gone.
Scoped for smaller footprints, with the building coordination that entails: concierge sign-in, service elevator booking and visitor parking. Choose this for any unit where getting the team in is part of the job.
For larger properties and finishes that punish the wrong product: natural stone, hardwood, specialty millwork. Longer visits, smaller teams, written household instructions. Choose this when consistency and discretion matter as much as the clean itself.
Standard maintains a home that is already in reasonable shape. Deep resets one that is not. Most recurring customers book a Deep Clean first, then Standard from then on.

Quotes are based on the property and the scope rather than a fixed rate card, which is why a person reviews every request. Size matters, but so do condition, layout and what you actually want prioritized.
