These are the most common additions on a move clean, and the most common reason a deposit gets queried. Confirm them when you book so the team allows the hours.
Getting a team and equipment into a building
In a condo, access is often the part that goes wrong. It is straightforward if it is arranged before the day rather than at the desk.

When to book the clean
Move dates slip. The clean is easier to move than the movers, so book it around the handover.
Book for after the property is empty and before the final inspection — ideally the same day the last item leaves.
Book for before your delivery arrives. Cleaning an empty property takes a fraction of the time it takes around boxes.
Possible, but tell us up front. It changes team size and the order of work, and it needs the building's cooperation in a condo.

Move cleaning questions
It does not have to be, but it should be. An empty property can be cleaned in a single pass with every cupboard reachable. If furniture is still in place we will clean what is accessible and tell you what we could not reach.
They overlap but are not the same. A move clean always goes inside cupboards and storage, because the property is changing hands. A Deep Clean focuses on buildup in a lived-in home. For a long tenancy or a difficult inspection, we would recommend the deeper moving option.
That is what it is scoped for, and it is why the kitchen and appliances get the attention they do. We cannot guarantee a third party's judgement, and we will tell you before starting if we think the property has damage that cleaning will not resolve.
Often yes, but tell us when you book rather than on the day. Same-day turnovers change the team size and the sequence, and in a condo they depend on the building's elevator and access rules.
We vacuum thoroughly, but we do not shampoo or steam-extract carpets. If a tenancy agreement requires professional carpet cleaning, that is a separate specialist job and we will say so rather than implying we have covered it.
